Established in 2021, CosmiK Hallyu is an eco-friendly shopping and retail store that caters K-Pop needs and wants in hopes of sending joy through tiny boxes while promoting sustainable and ethical shopping.
Terms & Conditions
1. Please accomplish the form if and only if you are 131% sure in ordering from us. Accomplishing the order form means you agree and shall abide to our terms and conditions.
2. By accomplishing this form, you give your consent to CosmiK Hallyu to collect your personal information which may include but not limited to your Name, Contact Number, Delivery and Billing Address, Email Address, Social Media Accounts. This will remain confidential and for transaction purposes only.
3. Please make sure to put accurate and complete details in the order form. The shop shall not be liable for any loss and delivery failure in the part of the local courier due to incorrect details. We will strictly follow what is written on the form. You may review the order form you have submitted through the email address you have indicated in the form. For concerns about your form, please contact us through our email address or social media accounts.
4. Once you have submitted an order form, you will receive your order confirmation within 12 to 48 hours. Contact us immediately if you failed to receive your order confirmation within the specified time. Please be mindful about what you write in the order form. Instructions and payment details will be sent together with the order confirmation. Make sure to read those details to avoid asking them again.
5. Once the order confirmation and payment details are sent, settle your payment on or before the stated deadline. Failure to pay your order/s on or before the specific deadline (whether posted or agreed upon between the shop and the customer) will be considered as cancellation of order.
6. For cancellation of orders, CosmiK Hallyu shall strictly observe a cancellation fee worth 50% of the amount you ordered. Failure to pay for the cancellation fee within a week after cancellation means we shall block you from our shop and we shall have the right to post your name as a bogus buyer/joy reserver in all our social media platforms (on 2nd occurrence). Cancellation fees are also applicable to cancellations made before receiving the order confirmation.
7. For down payment-full payment basis, late fees will be collected amounting to Php 20.00 per day starting from the deadline of payment of the down payment. If late fees are not paid within 5 days after the deadline of the full payment, your order will automatically be cancelled and shall pay the 50% of the total amount plus late payment fee as the cancellation fee.
8. We will only reserve or secure your slot order within the order period. All slots for unpaid items after the specified deadline will be reopened to other interested buyers afterwards.
9. For down payment-full payment system, we shall only accept down payments for buyers with 3 and above items in a single transaction. The downpayment is to give the shop assurance that you shall continue purchasing the items regardless of the deadlines. Check clause 7 for late fees and other applicable fees in case of failure to pay. The downpayment is non-refundable. Please coordinate with the shop for any problems regarding the deadline.
10. CosmiK Hallyu will not be held liable for any loss, damages, and/or delays caused by the courier while the item is being shipped. Please take note that these circumstances are beyond the shop’s control.
11. LIMITS OF LIABILITY and COSMIK HALLYU’S RESPONSE
a. Factory/Manufacturer defects for sealed items such as missing photocard, missing inclusions, lightstick button defect - the shop shall return 5 to 20% of the total payment for the specific item depending on the gravity of the defect or damage.
b. Supplier's failure to send other external inclusions such as posters and POBs or anything that falls in this category - the shop does not have control for this one; hence, it is not possible to fully refund or exchange your item for this reason. The shop shall try its best to secure such POBs or external gifts along with the item. If ever it is on our part, the shop shall return 10% of the total payment for the specific item. Please read the full inclusions of the items in this form and in the order confirmation to fully know what is part and what is not part of your order/s.
12. CosmiK Hallyu would like to request its buyers to take a video of the items you receive from the beginning (before opening the parcel) up until the end (with closeup video to the damage). It will serve as a proof in any case that you have complaints about the merchandise such as wrong version, wrong item, or fully damaged item. If the video starts with the parcel being fully opened, CosmiK Hallyu shall neither give an option to refund nor exchange the item. Only a shop voucher will be given to the customer for incomplete or altered videos.
13. Concerns will only be entertained within 7 days after receiving the item. If confirmed that the concern is the shop’s fault and shortcomings, we are willing to pay for the shipping fee to return the items and refund or exchange it afterwards. If there is an onhand or soon-to-be onhand stock (within the month) available on our part, we shall exchange the item/s with damage. If there is no stock at all, we shall refund 80% of the item’s or items’ amount (only the item/s with damage).
14. Minor damages such as small dents, scratches, and markings shall neither be subjected for exchange nor refund for we always make sure that items are in good condition before shipping it to buyers. All orders have photos available for viewing by the buyers before packing and shipping the orders.
15. All concerns about the items shall undergo an investigation by the shop owners and with the courier or supplier if needed. We request buyers to peacefully cooperate with the shop in order to achieve an agreement or settlement if necessary. The shop would like to emphasize that we are always open for constructive criticisms, and we will appreciate it if these will be addressed directly to the shop’s social media accounts. CosmiK Hallyu will try its best to adhere to our buyers’ standards and suggestions.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Can we already pay our balance even before receiving the email order confirmation? If yes, where will we see the total amount of our order/s and the MOP details?
A: We encourage you to pay your orders AFTER receiving the email order confirmation to fully know the fees you are about to settle with us. The posted prices of your orders excludes the shop’s packaging fee, handling fee (if applicable), and local shipping fee.
The total amount shall be disclosed in the order confirmation as well as the mode of payments available. You may also check our twitter pinned thread and link in our social media accounts’ bio for the mode of payments available.
In the event that you are concerned about the card pooling prioritization, we shall prioritize buyers who have paid first and have submitted the payment form first. We shall strictly base the card pooling to the date and time of the payment proof uploaded or attached in the payment form.
Q: Clauses 5 and 7 are contradicting each other. On the former, it is stated that we should pay ON or BEFORE the deadline and failure to pay within the given period will automatically result in cancellation of order/s. However, in the latter, it is stated that we are given 5 days at most AFTER the deadline period to pay our balance (aside from the 20 php late fee/day) before it results in cancellation of order/s. Please clarify this one.
A: Clause 5 is applicable for group orders or orders that do not have down payment-full payment system. This means that the said group order or customer order is only open for one payment basis only which is the full payment which must be settled on the deadline of payment (DOP). If it is not settled, the order will automatically fall under cancellation of order and the buyer must settle the fees applicable.
On the other hand, clause 7 is applicable for group orders or orders that have down payment-full payment system. This is specified in the post, form, and/or communicated to the buyer (if the order is 3 items and above in a single transaction).
(1) In the event that the buyer fails to settle the down payment on time yet will pay the full payment on the given date, additional late payment fees for the down payment will apply. In this event, the order is still valid.
(2) In the event that the buyer fails to settle the down payment and full payment on time, additional late payment fees plus the 50% of the total amount will be paid within 5 days after the deadline. In this event, the order is cancelled and no item will be delivered to the buyer but the buyer still has to settle the payments needed.
For example, buyer A has a total of 1000 pesos for their order which is due on June 15 and June 20.
In accordance to to clause 7 and note (1), if the buyer fails to pay the 50% or 500 pesos down payment on June 15 but will settle the payment on June 20, the total amount buyer A will pay will be:
Php 500 - down payment
Php 20 x 4 = Php 80 (late payment fee per day - June 16, 17, 18, 19)
Php 500 - balance to be paid on June 20
Total: Php 1080 pesos
In accordance to to clause 7 and note (2), if the buyer fails to pay the 50% or 500 pesos down payment on June 15 and also fails to settle the payment on June 20, the total amount buyer A will pay on June 25 (5 days after the deadline):
Php 500 - down payment
Php 20 x 9 = Php 180 (late payment fee per day - June 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 21, 23, 24)
Php 250 (50% off the Php 500 balance as the cancellation fee - paid on June 25)
Total: Php 930
Q: In Clause 6, it is stated that on the 2nd occurrence of failure to pay on the deadline and late deadline period, the bogus buyer/joy reserver will be put on a list and will have to pay 50% of his/her balance for the cancellation fee.
A: Clause 6 states that after the deadline of payment for a specific group order, the buyer’s order will automatically be cancelled and the buyer must still pay the cancellation fee worth 50% of the order. The buyer will be given a chance to settle the cancellation fee within a week. Failure to pay will make the buyer a bogus buyer/joy reserver.
For the first occurrence or first time a specific buyer commits the failure to pay or settle, the buyer will be given a warning and will be included in the private list of bogus buyers/joy reservers. This will be within the shop and the buyer only.
For the second occurrence or second time a specific buyer commits the failure to pay or settle, the buyer will be blocked from the shop and we shall include the buyer’s name and username under the bogus buyers/joy reservers sheet in the masterlist of the shop available for public viewing. The name to be included will be SURNAME, First Name Initial (e.g. DELA CRUZ, J.).
In case the buyer makes an order through another account but with the same name, which makes it the third occurrence, the shop will be forced to automatically void the order and no order confirmation email will be provided to the buyer. As CosmiK Hallyu is striving to promote a healthy business run, we would like to apologize as we will not tolerate non-compliant buyers.
Q: In the down payment system, do we have the freedom to choose whether to pay in 3 gives (33%) or 2 gives (50%)?
A: CosmiK Hallyu’s automatic down payment-full payment system is in 2 gives (50% down payment, 50% balance). In case the buyer would like to negotiate with the shop, CosmiK Hallyu will consider the buyer’s track record in the shop and the total order amount itself. However, we cannot promise that we shall immediately cater to your requests as we need financial security to secure all orders.
Q: If the shop failed to send me my POB poster along with the album/s I have ordered due to negligence, will the shop deliver it on a separate succeeding shipping? Or will it automatically result in a refund of 10% of the total payment?
A: As long as the POB is available and onhand, the shop will ship the said POB or external gift to the buyer along with all their orders. In the event the shop fails to deliver it due to negligence, we will shoulder the shipping fee.
However, if the POB is not yet available or not yet onhand, we will ask you, the buyer, if you would want your item/s to be shipped immediately or shipped along with the POB. In both events, the shipping fee will be shouldered by the buyer.
On the other hand, if the POB is out of stock and the supplier declares that they cannot ship any POB, CosmiK Hallyu will automatically refund 10% of the total payment as compensation.
Q: Concerning Clause 12, what kind of voucher/s will the shop offer to customers with incomplete and/or altered unboxing videos?
A: CosmiK Hallyu shall give a discount voucher for your next purchase with the shop. This voucher will be applicable for orders 500 pesos and above.
Q: With regards to Clause 13, what if it was the shop’s fault not to reply within 7 days after receiving the item despite having reached out to the shop within the time period, will the shop still entertain complaints and/or inquiries after the 7-day-period?
A: As long as the message is sent within the 7-day period after the buyer receives the item, the shop will entertain the said concern. However, please expect that CosmiK Hallyu will only entertain:

Q: Where can we see the photos available for us, customers, to view to be aware of the condition of our order/s after arriving and before packing?
A: CosmiK Hallyu shall place the link of the google drive in the specific group order’s sheet inside the masterlist file. The images inside the folder will be named according to the order number. The images shall mostly include the outbox of the items (if sealed albums, lightsticks, or any sealed item) or the order inclusions (if unsealed albums, lightsticks, or any unsealed item). If you have requests related to the photo/s of your item/s, you may send a message to our Twitter account.
Overall Process
NOTICE - CosmiKHallyu opens a group order post for a specific item, product, or batch. For the first batches of CosmiK Hallyu, the batch name will be named after the planets of the solar system. The first batch will be named batch ‘MERCURY’
BOARDING THE ROCKET SHIP - After the ‘notice’ post, CosmiK Hallyu is ready for boarding passengers in its rocket ship. This phase shall involve the customers (the passengers) accomplishing the order form for a specific batch. Make sure to read the terms and conditions in order to enjoy this ride! You are always free to postpone your boarding (or transaction) with us or you may contact the rocket’s crew—CosmiK Hallyu for any concerns.
MESSAGE FROM THE ROCKET CREW - Now that you have expressed intent to board our rocket ship, the crew has a message for you, dear passenger. We shall send to your email address the order confirmation including the breakdown of total fees, mode of payment, mode of delivery, and other pertinent details to ensure that we are in this ride together. With the influx of passengers, expect that you shall receive the rocket crew’s message within 12 to 48 hours after you board the rocket ship—or after you send the order form.
PRESENT YOUR TICKET - After receiving the crew’s message or the order confirmation, it is time for you to do your part. Pay the total amount specified on the order confirmation on time and settle necessary fees if applicable. Once you are done, send the payment proof through the payment form included in the order confirmation. Allow CosmiK Hallyu to validate your payment 12 to 48 hours after you submit the payment form. Within the said period, monitor the passengers’ list or shop’s master list and if you see your name with “PAID,” that is your ticket to be a part of CosmiK Hallyu’s journey to Mercury.
PREPARE FOR TAKE-OFF - After payment, you are ready to go on an unforgettable journey with us. Take-off could take long as there are many steps within the CosmiK Hallyu crew and its partners to ensure a smooth and safe ride. Please remember that great things take time; hence, the time may be a bit long but definitely worth it!
TAKE-OFF - When you see this announcement or status in the master list, this means that we are already embarking on our journey towards Mercury. In business terms, it means that the batch’s box from Korea is on the way to the Philippines. It could take a month or so for the box to reach the country, and delays are unavoidable; hence, we request that you just enjoy the ride and you will eventually get the chance to treasure your items.
ARRIVAL - Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to our destination! When you see this status, this means that the items or the box have arrived already in the Philippines. However, we cannot end our journey here as there are other steps, like customs, PH warehouse, and shipment to the owner’s addresses before the CosmiK Hallyu crew receives your items.
DISEMBARKATION - This status means that your items have arrived at CosmiK Hallyu’s headquarters. We shall prepare your orders thoroughly and provide photo proofs which are available for viewing prior shipment of orders. Check the photos through the google drive folder link indicated in the shop’s master list. There are specific days for mass shipment of orders, and this will be disclosed through an update in CosmiK Hallyu’s social media accounts. Although we would not yet want to end this journey with you, our dear passenger, we know that you will enjoy the orders you will receive.
EN-ROUTE - Your order is on the way! Check the master list for your parcel’s tracking number and other pertinent information. Hopefully, dear passenger, you will treasure the melody the destination offered to you. CosmiK Hallyu truly hopes that you have received the item in a safe condition, and you were satisfied with the overall journey. In every ending, it is a must to document what is happening to cherish the moment even though we will be apart from each other.
